New version of VST OneTrack
MultiTrack System
- Zones functions (new)
- Object Recognition Analysis
- New feature in alarm section
| Tracking: |
|
|
The use of PTZ cameras is generally a
very advantageous solution for the surveillance of a site
since it makes it possible to cover a wide surface with only
one camera. However, in its conventional use, this type of
cameras requires manual operator for its control. The VST
OneTrack system proves to be an interesting solution to give
a control in any time on the camera. This system is able to
substitute the human intervention for the control of the
camera in order to make a better recognition of moving
objects to provide to the user some catches
sights supporting the access to desired visual information.

| Manual Operations: |
|
|
In addition to its tracking function, the
VST OneTrack system have other functions. The manual
operation is one of them. This one is available in several
forms with a good precision, speed and agility. One of them
consists of a direct control, starting from the image
provided by the user interface of the system. A simple click
on a region of the image makes it possible to move the
camera and to center the clicked point. This same function
allows also an automated adjustment of the zoom for the
enlarging of a zone selected before, using the mouse.

| Masking zones: |
|
|
In order to optimize to the maximum, the
operation of the system, it's important
to maintain the use of tracking on relevant objects. It's
also important to mask the zones well presenting the
appearance of objects without interest in order to maximize
the time granted to the objects of interest. The VST
OneTrack system offers a great tool to create precise masks
and it's easy to use. These ones are presented in the form
of polygons whose ends are defined by the user. These masks
can be modified after their creation by a simple moving of
mouse.

| MultiTrack: |
|
|
This function gives to the VST OneTrack a tracking based on one or more fixed cameras. With this
function, the system can preserve a large view of the zone
supervised even when PTZ camera is in high priority of zoom
for the tracking of an object. This type of tracking allows
instantaneous moving of PTZ camera from one object to the
other. So, the calculation of PTZ instructions being made
starting from the image of fixed cameras, the tracking can
be maintained when the objects leave the field of vision of
PTZ camera. In addition to these advantages, MultiTrack mode
adds to the performances of the manual control of PTZ
camera, so that it can also be carried out starting from the
fixed camera.

| Object Recognition Analysis: |
|
|
With the object recognition function, the
VST OneTrack can distinguish various types of objects such
as people and vehicles on fixed camera. To announce to the
user the presence of an moving object, a square is applied
around the object. The color of the square will determine
the type of object seen by the system, the color will be
green if it's a person, red for a vehicle and blue for other
objects. With this type of recognition, it's possible to
establish tracking priorities according to the type of
detected object.

|
 |
|
| Detection zone: |
|
|
The VST OneTrack system can
priorise the tracking on a type of object, it can
also do it on restricted zones. This type of zones
are detection zone and transition zone. The
establishment of a zone requires an attribution of
priority to the people, cars or other objects. So,
the priorities will be considered only inside the
zone. Outside the zones, the levels of priorities
are equal between the objects. When several zones
share a surface of tracking, it's possible to allow
priorities levels to each one in order to give
priority of tracking to certain areas. |

 |
|
|
 |
|
| Transition zone: |
|
|
Just like the detection zones, this type
of zone makes it possible to characterize the tracking by
the establishment of priorities in a specific area. However,
the transition zones make it possible to restrict the
application of priorities levels on the moving objects in a
specific direction.

VST OneTrack
Automatic Tracking System
- New intelligent PTZ camera technology
- Auto tracking of moving objects
- Configurable default position or tour
- Scheduled modes of operation
- Areas of non-significant motion masked out
- Manual override PTZ control
- Automatic close-up pictures
- Standalone operation or Integrated operation with a DVR
Description:
With the VST-Track
smart camera system, a moving object or a person can be tracked
automatically and recorded, without any manual operation or any
operator intervention.
Upon detection of
motion in the image, the PTZ camera is positioned on the detected
object or subject and tracks it automatically, occasionally zooming
in to catch close-up shots.
In a context of
standalone (no operator) recording, video sequences recorded in
intelligent tracking mode have much more chances to capture
significant events with enough details to enable identification. In
most cases, a static camera or a PTZ camera in scan mode will not
have the zoom level to enable useful identification.
With the VST-Track
system, full capabilities of PTZ cameras are exploited without the
need of an operator.
